i dont think its tyco, but taiyo was the name behind the good tycos, so it probably isn't too bad. i've never seen it before. i'd get it if the price isn't too bad.

no its not a tyco but they are good buggys tho they used the same gear box and chassis as the grabber just different body and wheels taiyo tyco all the same to me in my opinion

tamm has got a grabber and that 1 he could tell u best how good it is

THANKS guys  the seller said it is in mint condition . but here is the bummer no controller  :'(..  so could be another hobby grade conversion .lol.. i just wonder  if it has twin motors for 4wd or just one with a shaft or gear drive ??..

Loos to be a single motor. I bet you could use a tyco remote for it like a hopper remote, just need the frequency

-that's cool, I mean, I've never seen a Tyco like that w/ dual a-arm front suspension.  I wish I had paypal lol.  I think Tyco must have built certain R/C's for certain parts of the world.  I've never seen anything like that here in PA, but the "ultra rare" Black Fast Traxx pickup---I had 2 of!!!

-wow, notatoy, you sure do keep busy!!!  Thanks for sharing your Clod
pics :)  It amazes me that the Clod's been produced for nearly 25 years,
it'd be nice if the non-hobby Co.'s sold parts for that long ;D   Oh & btw, Radio
Shack's website is starting to show this year's Christmas line-up, I checked yesterday!!!

I know what your saying scorcher its true that there is not to many nikko videos i have had a few nikko cars and some were complete rubbish and others were near hobbygrade , so i tend not to pay to much cash for toy grade cars ,that way if it all goes pear shaped i have not lost a fortune , but that car in the link does look good . thanks  ;D

yes to be honest if your going to install a brushless system in a 1/10 scale model  you should be looking at a 60 amp esc the 35'a are ok for very light weight buggies 1/12 and smaller ,  i have two of the xerun 60a one in a slash the other a tamiya lunch box  ..i also have two of the new xerun brushless combos for the 1/8 scale models one in my savage the other in my E-revo   (http://i406.photobucket.com/albums/pp142/notatoy1/Picture082.jpg)   (http://i406.photobucket.com/albums/pp142/notatoy1/Picture083.jpg)(http://i406.photobucket.com/albums/pp142/notatoy1/Picture090.jpg)   (http://i406.photobucket.com/albums/pp142/notatoy1/Picture092.jpg)(http://i406.photobucket.com/albums/pp142/notatoy1/Picture094.jpg)(http://i406.photobucket.com/albums/pp142/notatoy1/Picture097.jpg)(http://i406.photobucket.com/albums/pp142/notatoy1/Picture096.jpg)(http://i406.photobucket.com/albums/pp142/notatoy1/Picture114.jpg)
