Game night in Port Richey 8/26
« on: August 24, 2009, 21:48:34 »
I can't find the specific post that we were talking about gaming this coming Wednesday... or maybe it was just at the table and wasn't actually discussed.

Mac, can you confirm if this event will be held at your place?
"Hello IT. Have you tried turning it off and on again? ... OK, well, the button on the side. Is it glowing?... Yeah, you need to turn it on. Err, the button turns it on. Yeah, you do know how a button works, don't you? No, not on clothes." - Roy (The IT Crowd)

Yes...it IS scheduled for tomorrow...but I have bad news... :(

And what's even stupider  ??? is that I've know about this for months  >:(

I can't make it.  I'll be in the Bahamas!!! I meant to try to move the day forward but with kids going back to school and working long hours to take vacation...I forgot.   :'(

If you guys want to game next Wednesday (2nd?) as well, I'd be fine with that...I'll even host.  Or maybe CMN...just let me know.

I'm sorry I won't be gaming tomorrow night...but I'll be in Atlantis!

Game night at my place has been approved.
There may be some mess to over look, other than that, we're good to go.

I live at:
9815 El Camino Real Ave
Port Richey

My number is:
727-215-1110

Easy directions from US 19:
Turn East on Fox Hollow, turn south at first street (El Camino Real Ave), I'm about 5 houses from the end of the street on the right side. I have a basketball hoop blocking the sidewalk. It is okay to park in the street, not overnight though. I'll probably park in the grass so someone can park in the driveway in front of the garage. Please leave the other space in the driveway for my wife's car.

Direction from Little Road:
Take Fox Hollow west  until the last street before US 19 on the left. It is a very short block between US 19 and my street. Follow directions from above once on my street.

I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow. Oh, yeah, bring some games, I have very few.

Um, you can bring Galaxy Trucker, however, I'd prefer you leave it in the trunk of your car. I don't even want to take the chance of seeing it through your window.

  ::)

So it looks like I'll have three visitors tonight. My stepson may play as well, he probably wants to see what game we're going to play first. He asked what game we would play and I told him "I really don't know, Nathaniel has about 100 games in his 'closet' and I have no idea what he's bringing with him."
So, we may need a five player game, just in case.
I'm good to play up to midnight, however, in past game nights, it usually wraps up around 10pm or so.

Yeah, I shouldn't stay out too late anyway because I've got plenty to do this week in my college classes.

Okay.  I also have almost all of my games in the trunk of my car, so we should have plenty of selection depending on how old your stepson is and what sort of game he's into.

He's 19 and I have no clue what kind of game he'd be into. Well, I have clues, but it's better to let him reveal what he likes than for me to guess and be way off.

Chris, remind me about your Saw movies so I can get them back to you today.
