Understood.  My biggest problem with it is that for being a captain, my crew is always telling me what to do, and not giving me any options, and there is to much either fighting, or just running around mindlessly clicking on things, and no actual problem solving that might give it the feel of any of the shows or movies.  You're right, it's too much like every other MMO.

Another annoying similarity to WoW is everyone around me rushing to get to the highest rank to do the "end game" content.  The game has only been out 2 months, and a third of the people running around the space dock are already admirals.

I had high hopes, but the coolness of the ship and crew upgrades runs a bit thin after a while.  I'll keep playing for a while, but unless they announce some plans to improve the mission mechanics, I'll probably drop this one too.
