10 or 12 wheeled Tyco?
« on: January 09, 2011, 05:14:12 »
Hello everyone! I registered here, as you guys definitely seem by far away the most knowledge place for older tyco's/rc's.

Anyways, childhood memories sorta got rekindled the other day, and I need help ID'ing one. One Christmas I got a Tyco Rebound (to help with timeframe), and my best friend got this massive Tyco (possibly other manufacture). It had at least 10 or 12 wheels total, had a front section that sort of resembled a truck, and where the battery went, and then like  2-3 rear sections, each with a set of wheels, and all the wheels were powered. As far as I remember, it was sort of standard later Tyco colored, mostly red and blue two-tone. Had to be closer to 3 feet long.

Any and all input and help is greatly appreciated. Wish I could remember more, but I do remember him being really upset at it. With all those motors, that thing didn't have but a 3-4 minute runtime.

I've looked through my old Tyco catalogs and don't see anything like that. Sorry.

Buddy L didnt make very many rc cars, they were much more known for making steel cars that you push around like dump trucks. You have probably had a handful of them as a kid just dont remember.
