Title: Team Losi Mini T question
Post by: just_chilin on January 14, 2011, 16:28:33
Hey everyone, I just purchased a nice, used Team Losi Mini T and was wondering if anyone out there had some experience with these little guys? First question, are the rear wheels supposed to have a wobble to them, or do i need to tighten something up? i currently am running it with AA batteries and power is lacking, is this normal? will i get a whole lot more power with battery pack? thanks!!

i think a stock one runs 12 mph -/+ and adding a nimh pack gets upto 20mph-/+

havent had one yet, was looking into getting one tho

-the rears shouldn't wobble, it could be

-bent stub axles
-bad glue job, (you said it's used)
-foams bunched-up
-tires flat spotted
-could be loose
-rims (my guess) could be bent from
side-swiping furniture, etc.  Take them off &
have a look-see at them :)

Thanks for all the replies.... apparently they had the stock plastic bushings! Well, that got fixed, put some ceramic bearings in, and guess hat....??... No more wobble!!! This little car is FAST! pretty stock, except for this, battery pack (not lipo yet). One more question.... Does anyone know if the Pro-Pulse tires fit the Mini-t?? They are super cheap on ebay, mounted and all, and was tempted. Thanks!!!
