This is my Bandit. I want to restore it back to factory running condition and display is as a shelf queen.
What I HAVE is good: Tranny/motor, Tires, A-Arms, Battery Lid, Body, and 27mhz Transmitter.
What I NEED is: Front Bumper, Roll Bar w/ Spare Tire and would like a new chassis (any 9.6 turbo should work) with receiver electronics, servo, steering linkage, steering trim adjuster, and clear LED reflector thingy for windshield. (non working electronics is a possibility if that's all you have)

These are the parts I will sell/trade. Transmitter, has good plastic and battery door, but the electronics are in unknown condition.
Heads up Wild Thing Turbo Hopper Body, some damage in the front, and some holes drilled in it.
Aero Hopper Body, good shape, but the stickers are faded.

Bump:
I think I'm just gonna run hobby electronics and servo.
Need to buy at least Front Bumper (from any 9.6 tyco)
And a Bandit Roll Bar would be nice.
Hope some one can help!

No body has any parts?

A bumper will be nearly impossible to find. They always break off and are in high demand. You might have to make the other plastics parts from scratch. Moddlers won't have a problem making the roll bar, it's fairly straight forward. As for the electronics and servo, why not upgrade to modern 1/18th scale electronics?

I only need the bumper because it hold's the a-arms in.

Allready have, got a pro-pulse to steel the radio, ESC and servo from. Thats why all I need now is a front bumper.

It's fairly easy to dremel up a piece of plastic to hold the A arms in place. Make a post asking someone here to take off their bumper and snap some pictures for you with a ruler next to the bumper so you know what dimensions to cut the plastic. I'm sure people here will help you out with your restoration project.

I could just make a plate out of aluminum to hold the A-arms in, but with my luck I'll brake the a-arm off with out any protection from the bumper missing. That and I want to restore it back to factory spec.

Well if you go that far, why not just make an aluminum bumper and paint it all black? I don't think the bandit bumpers were very effective to begin with. They were odd looking and swept back, unlike the hoppers, outlaws, blasters, etc.
