Title: Saw VI
Post by: TylerChuit on July 10, 2009, 02:49:26
It's getting close to that time of year again.  :o

The release date is currently set at October 23rd.  With you guys' current lead time on planning, I thought now would be a good time to start making arangments to see it.  ;D

It's you and me all the way baby....I wouldn't miss our date for anything!!

In fact...should we plan on a day, say all day on a Saturday, when we watch 1-5 again...to refresh ourselves?  The plots get a little sticky...

I think for the sake of not getting burnt out, we could maybe skip 1 & 2, or maybe at least break up the viewings over 2 sessions.  I think Mac still has my copies of 1-4.

I am holding copies of Saw movies. Not sure which or how many, but I got what you gave me a year ago.

Let's plan on doing 2 CMN sessions.

Saw 1-2 for the first one.

Saw 3-5 for the 2nd one.

Just one problem.  I don't own Saw V yet....do you?

My personal preference would be to make one trip to Clearwater instead of two.  I'm willing to sacrifice opening night for that convenience.

Satuday evening for Saw 6 would be better for me, but I'm willing to do Friday if it means more of the group would be able to come.

OK...I am moving this topic to the correct location.

Saw VI - Who wants to go on Friday and who wants to go on Saturday?

If everyone who is going is cool with Saturday night, then we'll do that.  That way Chris can make one trip to Clearwater.  That makes the most sense...and there will still be a packed house on Saturday evening.

Let me know if that works for all...assuming we hear nothing to the contrary, that's what we'll do.

I've been getting grief from my wife about how busy I am this week.
I prefer Friday, so I don't have to make two trips to Oldsmar.
I can't make it Saturday. We have the grandkids over for the day.
Are we still getting together today to watch episode V?

Ok, That's all I needed.  Friday night it is.  Mine is merely an inconvenience, and a few extra bucks in gas and tolls.

Okay, sounds like its a go for tonight.
Are we getting together for dinner somewhere? I thought I read that somewhere.
What time?
If I don't see anything posted about this, I'll plan on getting dinner and heading to charles's house around 6pm, like a regular game night.

Good question.  I'm guessing the theater is the same one off Tampa Rd. that Charles prefers, but I didn't see it listed for the theaters showing Saw.  What's the scoop, Wylders? ???

Great movie!!!! HOLY COW!!!! Loved to see all those questions answered...and was that the most violent yet?

Hey Chris...to answer my own question...

Is there going to be a "Saw VII"?
The IMDb has Saw VII on the books, credited as "in preproduction". It's expected to be released sometime in 2010. It has been confirmed that Saw VII will be in 3D.

Not sure if I like the thought of people's entrails flying right at me... but I'll still go see it.    8)

I did a lot of squirming around in my seat for this movie, I think I may actually thrash about if I see one in 3D.
Count me in.
