Thanks, I just used some rubbing alcohol and it worked pretty well.  Yea, Tyco stuff was selling pretty hot a few years back, but has seemed to cool down quite a bit this year for some reason.  Guess we will see how it goes ;)

You did well to remove the wring btw - how did you do it?
And for sure, if they've sold in the past for $500, then this one may as well. Things are usually cheaper under bidding, as we all know.

Best of luck with it!

Hey Hibernaculum,

Yep, it is the one that was sold a few weeks ago and the marker writing was removed mostly, which really improved the look of the box.

I have sold a couple of these NIB Bandits for $500 each a few years ago, so technically they should be worth even more now.  I know I can find a buyer that sees the value of these trucks and if I don't then I'll just keep it for myself ;D

Thanks for your input.

The link has been updated to the new auction; happy bidding guys!

I can see that this is the same one you won the other day for US$255 under bidding...

And I can still see the word "Replacement" in marker on the top of the box, which you've tried to clean off.

Personally I think the price is a little high-ish. Main reason being it's not a first release Bandit (or at least I'm thinking of the Baja Bandit) but rather the more neon-liveried one. You should be able to sell it for $300-$350. But $500 is kinda the price realm of NIB Countach and original NIB Hoppers...

But hey, good luck anyway.

Wow! Still sealed! Amazing! A shelf queen is not in my budget, but it is still cool to see that those rare pieces are still out there. Thanks for letting us know about it.
