Title: Fast Traxx Decals. Would you buy them?

Hey Drag Hobbs!

I am restoring my orange Fast Traxx and I'll be reproducing all the decals on my computer since I'm an awesome graphic designer with no life.  Anyway, the place I plan to have the decals printed have a minimum order of 100.  If I order them, would anybody be interested in buying decals for their Fast Traxx?  And if I get enough people interested in decals for their Lime Yellow Fast Traxx I'll might order those too.

UPDATE: I finished reproducing the decals.  They're 99.9% accurate in size and appearance to the originals, if not better.  The fin tips need a little more work tho.  Other than that, I'm quite proud of it actually. I've attached a sample in low resolution, for obvious reasons.

As for having them printed at this online company at $300 for 100 stickers, I decided that it's not cost effective for me at this time.  So I opt to print them myself.  The White printing on clear adhesive sheets prove to be impossible for today's home/office printers.  However, my only solution is to silk screen these by hand.  It seems more practical in my opinion.

I'll do a test whenever I get a chance.  If anybody has a better solution, please let me know.

 $3 bucks a piece seems cheap idk what you'd do with 100 of them but at that price I'm sure you could sell them all over time. how much time who knows??,,but you could easily charge $5 bucks a set hell depending on quality and how close to the originals maybe even $10

Yeah, as of now it doesn't seem too many people are interested in the idea so ordering 100 of these wouldn't make sense.

I did think $5 a pop would be a good start.  Then I thought about how much time I spent in making these as close to the originals as possible. I must say it wasn't easy.  I think the originals were silkscreen printed, especially the white text so if I were to silkscreen print these by hand, I think the price range for a set would be at least $10.   

Right now I'm trying to color match the set for the Lime Green body.  Don't know if anyone can help me with that. :/

Yeah i agree id pay $10 per set,,i have a lime green 9.6v and mini in the box if you need detaied pics,,,or any thng else i could do to help

Cool! Detailed shots of the 9.6v would be nice. Some with flash, and some with natural light would help too.  I just need them for color references since the decals are the same as the Orange.

Damn, that's a good lookin' collection you got there. :o  In the original box and everything!  I wish I kept my lime green one from when I was a kid.  I'm quite jealous.  :'( 

That black one looks pretty bad ass.

Sweet job man, I was planning on recreating some of the logos to make custom mini fast traxx truck stickers.

Thanks man. Seeing how not many people are interested in the regular FT decals, I don't know if the minis will happen anytime soon. :/

I would definitely buy some, especially for the pickup version.  While you may not be seeing that much interest in the forum, I'll bet if you put them on eBay they'd sell decently.
