Title: Tying the forum to the home page

Since I'm still awake, I decided to do some updates to the site. This time it's working to tie the forum to the home page of Dragons Hobbies more. I now have the Recent Forum Posts and the Forum Users Online displayed on the home page. More features will merge the two even more in the future.
