I remember running mine in the snow 3 winters ago. It fit pro-line 2.2 paddle tires perfect and rocked

I've got all kinds of 2.2 tires, glad to hear it will fit. The rears are starting to crack on this one. And it's geared nice and low so taller tires should work well.
I found this one cheap on ebay last year. It was untested with no controller. But it works fine, with my bandit transmitter.
I was happy that they geared it for off road use. Most store toys are geared soo tall in high gear that it's only good for pavement. But it fly's just fine in the grass in high gear.
I never had one of these as a kid, but I think I remember seeing one in the glass case at Toys-R-Us in the late 80's early 90's, when I was drooling over the big Nikko's and Bandits.
