I'm writing a quick journal entry primarily because I haven't all week and I'm not sure when I'm going to have much time on the computer in the next week. Tomorrow is the last day of Sukkot and since I'll be on vacation I'm planning to go to the celebration dinner tomorrow night at Rabbi's house.
I worked on the floor some more this week, cutting and putting in the edge tiles. On Sunday, as long as the baby hasn't already arrived, we're planning to finish up the floor job by putting down some clear coat. I'm not sure if we're going to clear coat the entire floor at this point because of the placement of furniture and because the edge tiles for the far side (away from the door) are not down yet.
After a busy week I finally got to sit down and play a board game with Beth again. We played Carcassonne and I won by about 20 points. Even if I hadn't won I think that it still would have been an enjoyable game. We both did well to complete a large number of cities, which of course helped with scoring farmers, but even before we got to score the farmers I was quite a bit ahead of Beth.
