I guess I've been pretty stressed out this week. I'm having a tough time dealing with two screaming kids - especially since I keep hearing everyone say that we should be thankful for these times. If this is supposed to be the best times that parents have with their children, I have no idea how ANYONE can handle raising a child to adulthood. My only hope is that these people that have said these are the best times are people that have a tough time associating with older kids. I hope that I will be able to handle the kids better as they grow up.
Last week I got Quoridor at a yard sale for $2. This normally sells for $20-$30 online and was actually a game that I had read about before online. I think it's a great game, although not necessarily worth the current retail price - maybe it would if it had a few improvements to keep the fences in place better. So far I've played over 10 games of Quoridor with family and friends. I've won most of the matches that I've had.
I found out last week that MP3.com has been bought out by another company and is going to be changing. I don't know what to expect, but I know that they plan on deleting all the music that they currently have. I've spent the past few days downloading everything that I can. Of course, I don't know if I'll like everything I got, actually I probably won't, but it could be my last chance to catch some bands that I wouldn't hear of otherwise.
