In 1990 Tyco had a Mini Hopper and Mini Aero Hopper in the catalog. Scale 1/20. They were built by Taiyo, but had the Tyco logos. They didn't have the turbo speed on the transmitter that the larger versions of the vehicles had but it looks like they still have the gear switch for "racing or off-road climbing action." I've never owned one, so I couldn't comment further on speed or anything else.
See "eBay Listings for TYCO RC (2008)" for images of the Mini Aero Hopper (black).

"Hello IT. Have you tried turning it off and on again? ... OK, well, the button on the side. Is it glowing?... Yeah, you need to turn it on. Err, the button turns it on. Yeah, you do know how a button works, don't you? No, not on clothes." - Roy (The IT Crowd)
