"Hello IT. Have you tried turning it off and on again? ... OK, well, the button on the side. Is it glowing?... Yeah, you need to turn it on. Err, the button turns it on. Yeah, you do know how a button works, don't you? No, not on clothes." - Roy (The IT Crowd)

Here's another one that I've printed hollow that turned out nice. My daughter wanted a "cute fluffy puppy" figure to paint. This link is to the Dog (Golden Retriever, Golden Doodle) Puppy

I was just browsing on Thingiverse.com this evening and came across some cool stuff that I hadn't seen before. Here are 3 models that I've downloaded today... haven't printed them yet, but I'm going to try them out.

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5026864 - CONAN by walades
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4913755 - Marvin the Martian by reddadsteve
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1068443 - Digital Sundial by Mojoptix  ... Check it out! It is a sundial that uses very precise shadows to display numbers!

By the way, the Portal Companion Cube turned out great! Lots of other models haven't come out so well, but that was a really good one.

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3056016 - Goliath fighter or Barbarian

This Goliath fighter printed out pretty well on my XYZPrinting Da Vinci Mini W+. I also printed Conan, from my previous post, and that one turned out well also. Both had some parts of the swords that were a bit thin and rough looking though, so not perfect prints, but decent.

Here's another HeroScape figure... one of my favorite dragons, Mimring.

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4345987

I've already printed one of these as big as I could get in my printer - 150mm. I really like this one.

I checked the other dragon that I had previously listed in this thread, and unfortunately, the model has big gaps in the back legs, so I never printed that one.

I've been looking for some Storm Trooper models to print for Star Wars Risk. Maybe these will fit the job...

Here's one that I had printed a while ago and never added to my list. This is one of my favorite game upgrades - I used it to replace the flimsy cardboard 1st player throne for Stone Age.

Here are a couple more recent models that I've printed and liked...

Small Hinged Treasure Chest

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27635

Boss Monster - Boss Level Up Token

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4947321

For the Boss Monster Token, I adjusted the size a few times before finding a size that I really like - 38mm x 3mm. It squashes the embossing down a bit and makes it more like a traditional coin, close to the size of some old one dollar coins that I have, giving it a nice size for handling.

Last night I was looking through a bunch of coaster holder models on thingiverse last night, wanting to get my disorganized pile of coasters into a nice place. I came across this Castle style Coaster Holder.

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3116072/files

I modified it in the preview window just a bit before printing, increasing the size to 125mm across because some of my coasters are a little bigger than others and I didn't want any getting stuck, and printed it using only 5% infill. It turned out great. :)
