New guy with a bandit question!
« on: March 01, 2010, 17:57:43 »
I stumbled on this forum while looking for info on a Baja Bandit and it seems like a good place. I had a bunch of RC cars as a kid and mostly Tyco so when I saw this at Goodwill on the floor yesterday for $9.99 I quickly snagged it. It runs just like new but it's missing the battery cover does anybody have one available. (I know it's a long shot but worth a try)

Wow, nice find!  You got an incredible deal on that.  I will look around and see if I have any extra Bandit battery covers, but I think I am running low on those.

Thanks I was pretty stoked when I saw it was only $10, I know these are worth a bit more than that. It's going to be a start to my collection .

That's awesome! I've never seen a Tyco R/C in the local second hand stores... at least not anything worth picking up. Mostly just the baby toy R/C cars. That's very cool that you found one in that nice of condition there too!
