Nitro fuel - it's special gas for R/C vehicles - generally used in the "hobby grade" R/C cars like Traxxas T-Maxx and other cars that the pros use. In this case, Hasbro has opted for an upgrade on what would otherwise be considered a toy. I found this little article about it: http://www.engadget.com/2006/07/13/hasbros-nitro-xrc-nitro-rc-for-kids/
"Hello IT. Have you tried turning it off and on again? ... OK, well, the button on the side. Is it glowing?... Yeah, you need to turn it on. Err, the button turns it on. Yeah, you do know how a button works, don't you? No, not on clothes." - Roy (The IT Crowd)

pro speed is the fastest but the tirestorm is a mix loads of power and got a nice speed great for cutting grass or find a a nice dusty gritty track and watch it chew it up
