need spares for turbo blaster
« on: January 29, 2009, 06:29:44 »
Hello!
My name is Alessandro and I live in Italy.
I have an old tyco turbo blaster (here in italy there is taiyo brand), and i'd like to repair it.
The car works but it doesn't turn left and right...  in particoular i need a steering coil that works.
Please help me.
Thank you!

You need to make sure it is not the controller first off.  I have all kinds of problems out of those controllers.

I'm sure that the problem is the steering coil because when I was a child while I took it out from the car I broke it.

Exactly what do you mean by steering coil?  Can you post a picture?

Now I can't post pictures because my turbo blaster is in the home of my parents but the first time I will go there I'll make them.
The steering coil is the "solenoid" between magnets that moves steering arm.
Thank you for helping me!

Yesterday I went to my parents home, so now I post the pictures of my nice little car!
The spare that I need is in the 3rd picture, it is a copper coil (and it goes inside the circular magnet that you can see in 2nd picture). Please help me!
Thank you to everybody!
