Where can i get tires for Hammer???

I found my Hammer and noticed tires are falling apart!!! where can i find these ???

I used 2.2 hobby truck tires for mine for an exact fit. I actually had pro-line paddle tires on it and used it in the snow. You can find this size tire anywhere.
