These are hedman headers drag series.
They are coated with Flame Tuff Flame Proof paint (2500 F%) and High temp heat paint (1500).
I give 3 months before this paint starts chipping..
I would perfer to use these on my truck since my truck will some day be red when ever i buy paint.
But they might go on here.
I've been having issues mounting these on my truck,
there 3 inch ports with no flange. my exhaust i got for the truck are 2.25 daul flow with cross over pipes with flowmasters.
I can weld a flange on and go from there but then there goes the paint lol. Either way if i put it on the trans am i would use the blue flameproof caoting.

I painted these valve covers last night and baked them in my oven lol is that wrong?
Any way they came out ok but I should not have rushed the prep work

Hey, I bake polymer clay in my oven... I'm pretty sure cancer is a myth, just like global warmimg. ;)
If you're going to be doing a lot of that though, I would recommend making a simple curing oven out of a plywood crate lined with heavy duty foil and powered by a few heat lamps and a rheostat. Just make sure you operate it out in the open, away from your flamables.

The stupid thing blew a head gasket.
I'm Going to get the gasket set but first check the intake gasket
I hope its just that But I would rather buy a different motor from the wrecking yard.
$900 bucks would get me a 1972 dodge charger with a 2010 hemi
its not in the car but remountting the engine and tranny mounts aint so bad.
I worry about the expensive custom drive line 'd need to have made

I would love to have a '72 charger with a Hemi engine. Being a Mopar nut.

I would love to take on that task. Having kids is to time consuming and With the weather ice cold It wouldnt get done for 100 years lol. He said $200 for the charger with no motor.
