OK here are the pics,i was the first person to open the this riptide but when i took the top off to put the battery in to dry test it,it would only turn left fully just fine and to the right just a little bit but made a pretty loud popping sound which was the spring under the red adjuster tab popping out of the little black arrow that's under the black screw in the top left of the electronices box so took it off and lined it up i though and went to try and turn again and i just watched it pop right out again, what it is supposed to do is be a return spring so after you make a turn its supposed to return the rudder back to the middle so the boat goes straight, but if you turn right it just gets stuck and wont return,, nothing is broken i just cant figure out for the life of me how this Little thing goes on Ive tried flipping the red thing over both ways and ive tried flipping and turning the spring as you see one tip is different, i guess iĀ  just don't have the right recipe,,as you can see i just left it undone until i can get some proper direction lol thanks guys

Well it looks like the spring goes in a hole that i see near the rudder return but its hard to see. give me accouple days to come up with something.

That is an adjustment spring. its not a return spring.
It adjusts the ruttor more to the right or left.
Take the screw you of the servo and pop that off
The 2 ends go underneath the end attachment of the servo.

If it gets stuck when you turn to the right prolly means something might have busted off from the adjustment mech and is lodged in there.
