Do They still sell transistors for tycos?

I finally got around to taking my twin turbo hopper apart and finding out why it doesnt go any more.
Turns out from jumping it, the nut off the screw that holds the heat sink on for the black and green transisters popped off. So the drive unit of the transsistors on the board fried.
Yeah so now its either i find those parts or the thing is parts. I havent got the numbers off the chips yet. didnt have time to some im curious if the still produce them.
Maybe not the same exact but close. maybe give it some more power lol

I found the parts but at 7 bucks each im not sure about that

What's the part number? They should be less than a dollar each, with about $7 SH&H.
