problems with turbo panther

ok, so i just got another nikko turbo panther today. low speed doesnt work, and reverse doesnt work? anyone have any ideas on why? ill post pics of the circuit board later. im pretty bummed. just by looking at it, i dont really c anything wrong. maybe someone can help me. thanks. :)

figured it out. on the second pic, theres a small flat head type adjustment screw on the bottom rightish corner of the circuit board. thats it. ;D
